Deep dive

Your journey

Plant medicines help us to travel to the deeper layers of ourselves. This allows us to work on healing our 'wounds and scars of life' and to gain a totally new perspective on ourselves and on life. The session  is a powerful transformative experience. It changes you and it helps you to come know who you are on the deepest level.  Sometimes only one session is needed and sometimes several are needed over a longer period of time. Plant medicines such as mushrooms and truffles can help with various complaints such as depression, anxiety, addiction problems, psychotrauma, grief, unprocessed emotional pain and repressed emotions, but also with complaints due to intergenerational trauma. They can also help with your spiritual growth and your orientation towards purpose and meaning. A journey inside is profound and very intense.  It's not something you just do. You must feel called to it.

Plant medicines

Psilocybin mushrooms, called truffles, are fungi that contain psychoactive substances, namely psilocybin and psilocin. These substances cause psychedelic effects when ingested. Psilocybin mushrooms have a long history of use in various cultures for spiritual, religious, or ceremonial purposes.

When consumed, psilocybin is converted in the body into psilocin, which interacts with serotonin receptors in the brain, especially in areas related to perception, mood and cognition. This interaction can lead to changes in sensory perception, changes in thought patterns and a heightened state of consciousness. The effects can vary widely depending on factors such as dosage, individual sensitivity and the individual's mental state.

Research shows that psilocybin is effective in the treatment of, among other things,  conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and substance abuse.
journey takes on average 4 to 6 hours. Certain nutrients, antidepressants, antipsychotics and sleep aids are contraindicated with the MAO inhibitory properties of psilocybin. An intake will always take place prior to your  journey.
